Bachelor of Arts in Theater
This program offers a well-rounded curriculum in theater as a focal point for a broad-based education. An alternative to the BFA program, this degree is intended for students who wish to incorporate a minor or second major in another field while specializing in theater.
Bachelor of Arts in Theater Management
PAD offers offers an interdisciplinary degree in theater management, in conjunction with the Business Administration department. The curriculum combines courses from the business and theater offerings.
Bachelor of Fine Arts
The program constitutes a pre-professional degree for students whose interests and abilities strongly suggest the potential for pursuing careers in theater professions. No minor is required. Admission to and continuation in the BFA program is based on selective procedures and standards, culminating during the sophomore evaluation. BFA Theater Major is available with concentrations in:
- Performance with specializations in acting or musical theater
- Design/Technical Theater with specializations in lighting, set design, costume design, stage management, music theater
