Athletics - Softball

Jamie Trudeau comes to CSF from Plattsburgh State University where she held the title of assistant coach. In her two years at Plattsburgh State University, she was named to the Northeast Regional Coaching Staff of the Year two consecutive years. Plattsburgh State recorded their best season in program history with a record of 40-9 with their first SUNYAC conference tournament and regular season championships in schools history in 2006. In 2006 they were Regional Finalists and by 2007 they were Regional Champions where they had their first birth in the NCAA Division 3 College World Series finishing 4th in the Nation.

Prior to Plattsburgh State, she was the Graduate Assistant Coach for the University of South Dakota, a Division 2 institute located in Vermillion South Dakota. There she received a Masters Degree in HPER Athletic Administration.

Prior to The University of South Dakota she was the Head Soccer Coach and Assistant Softball Coach at Hudson Valley Community College located in Troy New York. As Head Soccer Coach she led her team to their first Regional Playoff in 8 years with their best recorded season in over 13 years. As Assistant Softball Coach she assisted their team to a regular season conference championship and the regional finals.

This native of Cohoes, New York came from Chowan College in Murfreesboro North Carolina with a degree in PE Sports Science and assisted their team in 2003 to the schools first Conference Championship in schools history.
