Yolanda Durón was named the head men’s and women’s tennis Coach at CSF in February 2008.

Coach Durón comes from Cal Poly Pomona where she was the assistant tennis coach for men’s and women’s tennis from 2005 to 2008. Prior to Cal Poly Pomona, she coached at Temple University and Drexel University.

Coach Durón has also taught at clubs in Pennsylvania and California. She most recently held an assistant tennis professional position at the Claremont Club in Claremont, CA. In addition, she has coached a travel team to Spain and assisted in the compliance department at Cal Poly Pomona.

Durón graduated from Drexel in 2003 and was the recipient of the A.J. Drexel Academic Scholarship.

She earned 2001 America East All-American honors and was the captain of the 2001–02 team. She also attended North Central Texas College, where she was ranked #7 in doubles and the 1999 Junior College Rookie Player of the Year.
