Housing - Student Apartments
There are four on-campus apartment buildings open to upperclass students. Built in 1998, these adobe-style buildings have 12 two-bedroom apartments per building for a total capacity of 96 beds.
Each student has his/her own bedroom and bathroom. Students are eligible to live in the campus apartments based on completed credit hours. They are intended primarily for juniors and seniors. First-year students and sophomores are admitted to these residences on a space-available basis only.
Apartment Room Details
- Each apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and kitchen area.
- All of the apartments have central air conditioning.
- The apartments come fully furnished. There are two fully carpeted, fully furnished bedrooms with queen-size bed, two nightstands, wardrobe, telephone outlet, cable TV hook-up and digital Internet access.
- Carpeted, furnished living room with loveseat; coffee table; and cable TV hook-up.
- Tile-floored kitchen with full-size refrigerator; oven and range; microwave; double sink with garbage disposal; small kitchen table; and two chairs. Students should provide their own pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Tile-floored bathroom with bathtub/shower; toilet; sink; cabinet; mirror/medicine cabinet; heat lamp; mirror light; and towel bar.
