Martin Luther King, Jr. Hall is a three-story, co-ed residence hall built in 1970 with a current capacity of 204 beds.
Each floor contains double and single rooms, a study lounge, and group bathrooms. Each floor of each wing has a maximum capacity of 17 students. Some floors are quiet-lifestyle floors.
All rooms are wired for cable TV and digital cable Internet service. King Hall also contains two laundry rooms, a main TV lounge, a change machine, and soda and snack machines.
