Cap and Gown Orders and Tickets
A graduation fair will be held in the Southwest Annex (located next to the Fogelson Library) on April 30 between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
You may pick-up your cap and gown at the fair by presenting your CSF identification card. Please try on your commencement regalia at the graduation fair. Attire may be shipped to you for a $5 fee.
Lost items will only be replaced with an additional charge. If you are unable to attend the graduation fair, you may pickup your commencement regalia at the Registrar’s Office (located in the Administration Building). The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If other arrangements are needed to pickup up your commencement attire, please call (505) 473-6317.
Tickets are required for all guests. Due to the number of students graduating and the limited number of available seats in the Shellaberger Tennis Center (limited by the City of Santa Fe fire code), each graduating student will be issued six tickets for their guests.
We know that some of you may not utilize all six tickets and we request that you reserve only the number you need. Some students will want more than six tickets and we want to accommodate as many additional guests as possible. In an effort to do this, we are introducing a required ticket reservation system this year. All graduating students must reserve their tickets.

Commencement Invitations
Commencement invitations may be ordered online between February 15 and April 25 at www.herffjones.com/college/graduation.
Graduation Photographs and Diplomas
Jolesch Photography will professionally record each graduate when you are awarded your diploma. Graduates will receive a color proof in the mail shortly after the ceremony, and may choose from a number of reasonably priced packages. For inquiries after the ceremony, contact Jolesch Photography at customer.service@jolesch.com or 800-833-6769.
During the commencement ceremony, you will receive your diploma cover. Diplomas will be mailed to you 4-6 weeks after commencement, provided you meet all degree requirements and financial obligations. If your mailing address is different from the one shown on your graduation application, you must notify the Registrar's Office at 505-473-6316 by April 28.

The following hotels have generously offered special rates to families and friends of CSF graduates. In order to take advantage of the discounted rates, reservations must be received by the hotel by April 5, 2008.

Schedule of Commencement Ceremonies
Rehearsal
Rehearsal is mandatory and will take place at the Rosemarie Shellaberger Tennis Center facility on Friday, May 16 from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.
Graduation Exercises
The commencement ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2008. All graduates must arrive at the Rosemarie Shellaberger Tennis Center no later than 9:15 a.m. Please remember to wear your cap, gown, honor cords, stole or hood.
- Line-up begins at 9:15 a.m.
- Processional commences at 10:00 a.m.
- A reception for graduates and guests will be held at the Driscoll Fitness Center directly following the ceremony.
Disability Access
If any of your guests require wheelchair accessibility, hearing interpretation, or other special assistance, ushers will be available at the commencement site to assist with seating arrangements.

Alumni Association
As soon as you graduate from CSF, you will automatically become a member of the CSF Alumni Association. The Association connects you to a CSF community of over 10,000 professionals and artists around the United States and the world.
The CSF alumni online community was created so that you can keep in touch with your classmates, connect with other alumni, update your contact information, and stay involved with the life of the college once you leave CSF.
The first 10 graduates from the class of 2008 to log-in at http://www.csf.edu/alumni and create a profile will win a 1GB flash drive from the Office of Alumni Relations.
