Financial Services

CSF strives to provide affordable education for adults in our Evening & Weekend Degree Programs. Approximately half of our students receive financial assistance through scholarships, grants and loans.

Financial aid is also available through state grants for qualified New Mexico residents, and many employers offer tuition reimbursement. Monthly payment plan options are also available.

The Student Financial Services staff is happy to answer any questions you have and to assist you in the financial aid application process. Contact us by telephone at (505) 473-6454 or by email at sfs@csf.edu.

*Withdrawal Process

Students may add, drop and withdraw from courses following the dates outlined above. Students must complete the add/drop form and obtain their advisor's signature on the form. Then they must proceed to the Registrar's Office (or Evening & Weekend office), where the form will be processed. The official add/drop or withdraw date will be the date the form is received in the Registrar's Office (or Evening & Weekend office).

Students leaving the college during a semester and not completing the withdrawal process will receive a failing grade in their courses.

Students withdrawing with an outstanding balance are liable for that balance, regardless of whether classes were attended.
